As a Fry Cook at Dixie Queen Airways, you’ll play a key role in preparing our signature dishes to perfection. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include cooking and frying menu items according to our established recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring food safety and quality at all times. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You should have a strong understanding of food preparation techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork are essential to thrive in this role.
