This Is How You WOW
- Understand and be able to communicate complex requirements for customer account set up
- Processing new account set up through usage of the Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in the CRM system.
- Support development of processes and documentation for the CRM system
- Regular audits to be conducted to ensure data integrity with the CRM & KNA operating system (SAP) to include member listing & buying group audits conducted regularly
- Build relationships with field sales to support their CRM requests
- Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 1 years of prior experience in Customer Service or similar role
- Prior experience using Excel in a work context
- Demonstrated solution-oriented approach to support the Sales Team and Customers.
- Organizes and carries out tasks in a process-oriented manner, contributing positively to the overall process.
