- Achieve and maintain inventory accuracy of 98.0% across all stocking locations
- Design, execute, and continuously improve daily/weekly cycle count schedules, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation processes.
- Proactively identify, manage, and dispose of obsolete, excess, and slow-moving inventory; establish obsolescence reserves and drive write-off, liquidation or RTV
- Analyze demand patterns, collaborate with Planning and Production teams to align inventory with forecasts and prevent overstock/stock-out conditions.
- Own all inventory-related KPIs (accuracy, shrinkage, turns, days-on-hand, obsolete %, fill rate, etc.) and present performance trends to senior leadership.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and cycle counting
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field strongly preferred.
- 7 years of progressive inventory control/warehouse experience may substitute for a degree.
- 7–10 years in inventory control, receiving, and warehouse operations within distribution
- Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role leading team.
- Proven track record of achieving and sustaining inventory accuracy goals and significant
- Hands-on experience with major WMS (Manhattan, High Jump, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred).

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.
- Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
