This Is How You WOW
- Operate multi-line telephone system to relay incoming and interoffice calls.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, or relays messages. Good Oral Communication skills.
- Greets and registers visitors informs employees of the visitor's arrival and directs visitors to appropriate meeting room.
- Collects and distributes mail
- Schedules meetings and arranges for conference rooms or makes other logistical arrangements as required.
- May perform occasional clerical duties, such as data entry, or photocopying.
- Maintain a clean and neat reception area.
- Operates office machines such as printers, faxes, and machines.
- 6 months to 2-year experience as a receptionist using a multiline phone system.
- Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
