- Primary IT Contact: Act as the primary point of IT contact for assigned KNA locations, providing expert troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolution for internal and remote user incidents and requests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with site management and work cross-functionally between IT towers to align technical improvements, projects, and solutions with business objectives.
- Lifecycle Project Management: Define technical requirements and provide full lifecycle project management for small to medium business improvement projects from initiation to quality completion.
- System Optimization: Optimize user efficiency by adhering to inventory, asset, peripheral, change, and incident management procedures and best practices.
- Infrastructure Support: Perform visual inspections of physical server hardware and provide remote hands-and-eyes support for cabling, data gathering, and power resets.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems (or equivalent experience) paired with 3 years of hands-on technical support experience in a multi-user environment.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Strong experience deploying and troubleshooting desktop hardware, peripherals, and foundational network/server components like AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
- Software Mastery: Intermediate knowledge of Windows, O365, MS Office suite, Outlook, VOIP clients, print servers, SCCM, Azure, and mobile device management (Mac support is a plus).
- Process & Framework Knowledge: Working knowledge of project management, ITIL Fundamentals, and structural process implementation.
- Certifications: CompTIA A certification and additional applicable IT certifications are highly preferred.
