- Drive Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand Kärcher’s presence within the government sector, aligning with overall business goals.
- Manage Government Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with federal, state, and local authorities to identify opportunities and navigate procurement processes.
- Support & Train Teams: Partner with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Business Development Managers to execute target initiatives (including Sweepers, Scrubbers, and Vacuums) and deliver portfolio training.
- Expand Networks & Opportunities: Cultivate a strong Dealer network within the region to drive incremental sales and support new customer opportunities.
- Deliver Solutions: Promote a solutions-based platform incorporating equipment, chemicals, parts, and services while presenting the best channel-agnostic fulfillment solutions for customers.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven Track Record: 5 years of successful industrial sales experience with a high attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong capability in business correspondence, report writing, and analyzing/interpreting technical data and common retail reports.
- Analytical Power: Proven ability to define complex issues, perform basic financial/mathematical calculations (discounts, percentages), and draw logical, data-backed conclusions.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated success engaging with strategic growth accounts, management, and diverse customer segments.
