- Assemble & Kit accurately: Build, verify, and prepare high-quality kits according to work instructions, manufacturing orders, and bills of materials.
- Quality & Inventory Integrity: Inspect parts for defects or damage, and use scanners or computers to double-check part numbers and quantities.
- Material Handling & Support: Pick parts and production materials efficiently, returning and putting away inventory to its proper locations.
- Clear Communication: Identify and promptly report missing, incorrect, or damaged parts to your Lead, Supervisor, or support teams.
- Safety & Standards First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while strict adherence to all company safety and quality guidelines.
- Education or Experience: A high school diploma/GED OR 6 months of relevant production, assembly, or warehouse experience.
- Technical & Tool Skills: Prior experience using hand tools or power tools, plus basic computer or scanner proficiency.
- Production Aptitude: Strong basic math skills (counting, adding, subtracting) and an exceptional eye for matching part numbers and labels.
- Adaptable Work Ethic: The ability to multitask, follow written procedures, and thrive both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Capability: Capability to handle moderate to heavy physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 100 pounds.

- Schedule: Standard 40-hour workweek applies; overtime and weekend hours could be possible. Working hours are spent entirely within a warehouse environment.
- Physical Tasks: Able to perform tasks that include lifting up to 100 pounds, standing, and bending for up to 10 hours daily.
- Conditions: Daily moderate to heavy physical activity. While performing duties, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet/humid conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, high places, outside weather, and vibration.
