- Assemble & Build: Support the assembly, preparation, and consistent production flow of smaller, high-demand Value Add machines using established work instructions and visual aids.
- Tool Operations: Safely utilize basic hand tools and power tools to install, attach, or secure parts, accessories, batteries, and labels.
- Quality Inspection: Perform basic visual inspections to confirm machines and components are clean, complete, and free of obvious issues like visible damage before moving to the next step.
- Material & System Support: Assist with staging, organizing, and tracking inventory movement within the warehouse using basic computer functions and MRP/WMS systems under direction.
- Team Safety: Follow all warehouse safety regulations, maintain a highly organized workstation, and effectively communicate production or quality issues to your supervisor.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED or 6 months of relevant experience; previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience is preferred.
- Tool Proficiency: Prior experience safely operating basic manual hand tools and power tools.
- Operational Skills: Ability to execute repetitive assembly tasks accurately, follow technical instructions/diagrams, and read basic measurements.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with SAP, Körber One WMS, or other warehouse tracking software is a plus.
- Drive & Collaboration: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment both independently and as a reliable team player to hit daily production goals.

- Physical Capabilities: Must be able to perform tasks that include lifting up to 100 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for up to 10 hours daily.
- Work Schedule: Standard 40-hour workweek applies; overtime and weekend hours could be possible to support production.
- Environment Conditions: Working hours are spent in a warehouse environment where the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibrations, high places, wet/humid conditions, and extreme hot or cold weather.
