Your role in our team
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional solutions
- Configure key EWM processes including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, slotting, labor management, and physical inventory
- Design and optimize warehouse processes, including RF, automation systems, and handling units
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments
- Support integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP)
- Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirements-gathering session
- Execute configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and defect resolution
- Support data migration, cutover planning, Train key users and go-live activities
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, consultants) and create documentation, training materials, and end-user training
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with 5 years of SAP EWM consulting experience
- Hands-on experience configuring SAP EWM solutions
- Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics, automation, and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting both project implementations and production environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel 20–40% based on project needs
- SAP EWM certification or formal SAP training
- Knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution or additional SAP modules mainly SAP WM
- Knowledge of ERP–EWM integration
- Additional languages a plus - German or Spanish preferred
- MFS experience is an advantage
