Your Role in Our Team
- Creates and maintains BOMs and Routing in the SAP ERP system
- Uses MS Office applications to create management reports and presentations
- Enters, reviews and verifies quality data into CatsWeb database and performs basic statistical analysis
- Extract and input data from emails, spreadsheets, and other source documents for report transcription
- Works collaboratively with Quality, Production and Manufacturing Engineering personnel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues for correction
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes and standardized instructions
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic analytical skills for data validation and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- 1-2 years of data entry, administrative or clerical experience is required
- Experience in ERP Systems or databases preferred
