As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and collaboration with both drivers and sales staff. Responsibilities- Accurately pull and prepare parts orders for delivery or pickup
- Assist drivers to ensure timely departures and efficient loading
- Communicate effectively with sales staff and warehouse team members
- Perform cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records
- Load and unload freight trucks and local delivery vehicles safely
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment
- Put stock away promptly to ensure efficient workflow
- Work a consistent 40-hour week with opportunities for overtime
- Lift and move items weighing 60 pounds or more as needed
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock orders
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Basic computer skills required
