Position Overview
K&R Staffing HR Consulting is seeking motivated, result-driven Business Sales Representatives to expand our client base and promote our staffing and HR consulting services. This position is designed for self-starters who are confident in their sales abilities and motivated by unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities

Identify client staffing and HR needs and present tailored solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers

Negotiate service agreements and close new accounts

Collaborate with recruiting and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools
