Night Shift Power Washer/ Window Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner/ power washer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services for commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning services for various types of buildings, ensuring a streak-free finish.
• Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high windows.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks while working at heights.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Assist with custodial tasks as needed, including cleaning glass surfaces, frames, and sills.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during work.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, climbing, and lifting throughout the day.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
