Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Jewelry Production Coordinator / Manager to oversee all custom, repair, and production work. This role ensures every piece is completed accurately, on time, and to our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all jewelry jobs from intake to completion
- Coordinate with jewelers and vendors
- Track timelines, job details, and client information
- Perform quality control on finished pieces
- Communicate updates with the sales team
- Order materials and troubleshoot production issues
Qualifications
- Jewelry industry experience required (production, bench work, or repairs)
- Strong knowledge of jewelry construction and materials
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
