On-site Call Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment and is confident handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns
• Process policy changes, payments, and refunds accurately
• Maintain a professional and positive experience for every caller

Communication

• Speak clearly, confidently, and calmly under pressure
• Practice active listening to fully understand customer needs
• Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines when required
• Document all interactions accurately in the system

Technical Skills

• Navigate CRM systems efficiently
• Work comfortably with dual-monitor setups
• Manage multiple systems and screens simultaneously
• Maintain accurate records and detailed notes

Sales & Performance

• Meet daily and monthly call volume targets
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Work efficiently without sacrificing customer experience

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Spanish is a plus

Pay: $41,600.00 - $60,000.00 per year
