Job Summary: The OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE works under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager; is responsible for maintaining and increasing gross profit with existing accounts and establishing new customers in sales territory. Provide customers with product information and introduce new tires to customers. Train customers on Weblink and evaluate customers for programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish new customers and provide accounts with details on products or programs that K&M Tire can develop with their specific needs in mind.
- Complete and submit daily call reports.
- Maintain and grow sales territory.
- Responsible for keeping all accounts up to date.
- Must support company goals.

- Knowledge of the following software: outlook, word, excel and weblink.
- Knowledge of all of K&M’s programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 year business degree or 3 years sales experience
