About the Role:
We are a fast-growing fintech company focused on payments, blockchain, and AI-driven credit solutions. We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of our go-to-market strategy within the public sector (government and institutional clients).
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, product, partnerships)
- Track pipelines, timelines, and deliverables
- Support relationships with public sector stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and materials
- Conduct market, agency, and regulatory research
- Requirements:
- 2–5 years of recent and demonstrated experience in project management, consulting, fintech, or public sector environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, Asana, Notion, or Jira
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech / payments / blockchain
- Experience working with government or regulated industries
