What You’ll Do
- Monitor lathe, mill, and inspection machine operations to ensure parts are produced to quality standards and specified qualifications
- Address product issues quickly with corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and our Quality Management System
- Perform receiving inspection of raw material and process components.
- Support manufacturing operations by working closely with cross-functional teams and managers
- Identifies and suggests process improvements. Supports the Quality Manager in metrology purchasing and maintenance decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred)
- 2 years of quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, including GD&T
- Familiar with problem-solving tools (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with metrology and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
