What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in manufacturing, machining, or related trades preferred.
- Forklift operation is a plus (training available if needed).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and independence on the floor.
- Reliability and commitment to overnight work schedules.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor CNC machines with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform quality checks to ensure every part meets tight tolerances and customer specs.
- Assemble components with precision and consistency.
- Collaborate with teammates to keep production running smoothly.
- Complete basic preventative maintenance and routine machine checks.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
