- Hands-on with Rockwell PharmaSuite MES
- Fit-gap analysis & process modeling
- Configuring EBR (Electronic Batch Records) in Dev/Stage/Prod
- Supporting validation documents for EBR
- Hypercare & Go-Live support
Must-Have Skills (Technical & Functional):
- Rockwell PharmaSuite MES (core requirement)
- EBR configuration & validation
- Process standardization & modeling
- User stories, estimates, requirement gathering
- Working with SME, RA, PO teams
- Handling ER (Enhancement Requests)
- Cross-team coordination for requirement integration
