This role is the operational administrative backbone of the company. You’ll be the person who keeps orders moving, information accurate, customers informed, and systems clean. You’ll work closely with ownership and the shop floor, handling both office coordination and light hands-on tasks.

-Key Responsibilities-
Order & ERP Management
- Receive customer orders and accurately enter them into system
- Double - and triple-check quantities, dates, and part details
- Maintain system accuracy for open orders, shipments, and order status
Customer Communication
- Serve as a professional, organized point of contact for customers
- Answer phones and represent the company clearly and professionally
Shipping & Logistics
- Prepare shipments
- Ensure shipping documentation matches customer and ERP records
Material & Purchasing Support
- Work with team to order raw material and shop supplies as needed
- Track incoming material and ensure it aligns with job requirements
Compliance & Systems
- Navigate government websites and complete required data entry accurately
- Maintain organized digital records
Organization & Process Improvement
- Document processes and suggest improvements where things can be clearer or more efficient
General Support
- Support vendors and ensure follow-through
- Step in wherever needed with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Run occasional errands
Must-Have Experience & Traits
- Able to stay organized while handling several responsibilities
- Comfortable navigating new software systems (ERP, portals, spreadsheets)
- Highly detail-oriented and organized without needing micromanagement
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to notice when something doesn’t look right
- Willing to do both office work and light physical tasks in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
