TMS Patient Care Specialist

JOB TITLE: TMS Patient Care Specialist — K&I Healthcare Services (Landover, MD)

Are you looking for a role that actually changes lives? K&I Healthcare Services, a CARF-accredited behavioral health clinic in Landover, Maryland, is launching a groundbreaking TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) program for patients with treatment-resistant depression, and we are looking for our first TMS Patient Care Specialist to build it with us.

TMS uses magnetic pulses to stimulate the brain — no medication, no sedation, no downtime. It has an 83% response rate and 62% remission rate. We will be one of the only clinics in Prince George's County offering this to Medicaid and Medicare patients. You will be trained by NeuroStar, the gold standard in TMS technology.

What You Will Do

• Operate the NeuroStar TMS machine and deliver treatments (full training provided)
• Guide patients through the insurance and prior authorization process
• Schedule and coordinate all TMS appointments
• Educate patients and their families about how TMS works
• Monitor patients during sessions and document outcomes
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2 years in a patient-facing healthcare or customer service role
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Healthcare experience preferred, but we will train the right person
