The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Mortgage Loan Processors and Underwriters by managing the pipeline to ensure efficient workflow through processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing. The Manager ensures compliance with company standards, fosters a collaborative work environment, and drives high levels of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and process oversight. This role is also accountable for ensuring effective communication between Account Managers, builders, and customers.
At least five (5) years of related Processing and Underwriting experience; managing Mortgage Processors and/or Mortgage Underwriters, preferred. Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred but not required.
