As a Land Development Superintendent, you bring our vision to life by converting raw land into construction ready building sites. You know how to make things happen by overseeing land development schedules and budgets. You’re an advisor and communicator who can effectively motivate our subcontractors. Your high standards will push our company ahead of the competition.
To join our team in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture and at least four years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education/experience. You also can read site plans, have knowledge of soil mechanics and must maintain a valid driver's license.
