You’ll work closely with title companies and attorneys to expedite closing transactions and timely delivery of salable loans to investors. In this capacity, you’ll have numerous opportunities to apply your planning and organizing skills, as well as your capable way of working with other people. Responsibilities include coordinating and preparing closing documents and verifying their accuracy and completion; coordinating the closing and funding of assigned loan packages; calculating final closing costs; and disbursing funds in accordance with mortgage documentation.
Requirements include a one-year certificate from a college or technical school and at least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
