Accounts Payable Coordinator

As a Land Development Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Director of Land Development and Acquisition, Land Planning, Purchasing, Acquisition Managers in areas of budgeting, invoicing, and general administrative duties. Essental responsibilites to include the following.

• Support the contracting process by editing contract documents, distributing and tracking contracts, and updating contracts.
• Should be proficient in producing and delivering “Authorizations for Payment” and other addenda as needed.
• Code and voucher invoices for all active and non-active communities, as well as communities in the planning process. Distribute invoices for manager sign off, and transmit approved invoices to Payables. Assess invoicing for acceptability for payment, and work with vendors to correct deficiencies to avoid unnecessary delays in payment.
• Provide administrative support to the Land Development, Land Development Purchasing, Land Planning, and Land Acquisition associates.
• Handle the administration of budget revisions, and monitor E1 (Enterprise 1 system) budgets for errors or irregularities.
• Division point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding invoice status, contract status, or Authorization for Payment requests.
• Division point of contact for vendors in managing and implementing new vendor qualification and set up.
• Division point of contact for information on insurance qualifications and follow up with Corporate insurance managers.
• Land Development expert in Enterprise 1 and training of personnel on systems and AFP issuance.
• Manage Check Requests and monitor receipt of and distribution of checks once delivered to Division.
• Assist with Planning Presentations as needed, including producing Power Point presentation material and supporting documents, assemble presentation materials, etc.
• Manage Bonds, updating division bond reports, and Land Development permitting.

Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. High school or general education degree required, and one or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
