Role Description
KÖHLER Elevator USA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, delivering tailored elevator solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with current and prospective clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, training customers on product benefits, and collaborating with distributors and partners to achieve sales goals. The role requires proactive engagement to support the company’s growth strategy in the North American market.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise to achieve and exceed targets.
- Capacity to provide Training and guidance to clients and distributors.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus.
