Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Director located in St Louis, MO. The National Sales Director will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage national accounts, build and lead sales teams, and identify growth opportunities within various markets. The role includes managing client relationships, ensuring targets are met or exceeded, and reporting on sales performance and market trends to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, achieve targets, and drive revenue growth
- Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Team Management skills, with the ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Market Planning to identify opportunities and execute growth strategies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
