Direct Support Professional (Skill Builder) — Residential & Community SettingsOPEN INTERVIEW DAY NOW BEING SCHEDULED Pay: $13.50–$15.00/hour (based on experience & education)Weekend Differential: $4.00/hour when working directly with clientsSchedule: Full-time | 8-hour or 12-hour shifts | Days & Evenings | Weekend availability requiredAbout the RoleWe’re hiring compassionate, hands-on team members (called Skill Builders) to support individuals in a residential or community setting.
