We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and surface smoothing to achieve specified textures and levels
- Support rebar installation and formwork construction according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete mixers safely and efficiently on site
- Help with concrete cutting, sealing, caulking, and other finishing tasks to ensure a polished final product
- Follow safety protocols and construction workplace safety regulations at all times during project execution
- Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprint specifications to support accurate work execution
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and cleanup tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, equipment operation, and maintenance
- Construction estimating skills for understanding project scope and resource needs
- Experience with hardscape installation including paving, masonry, stucco, and tile laying
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately
- Proficiency in concrete forming techniques such as formwork construction and metal stud framing
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping systems
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete cutting, finishing techniques, and restoration projects
- Familiarity with carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry and framing for renovation or roofing projects
- Ability to interpret technical specifications for projects involving masonry or flooring installation
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working on construction sites for extended periods
