What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed sales goals through consistent follow-through and a client-first mindset.
- Serve customers with professionalism by listening well, asking the right questions, and offering knowledgeable guidance.
- Help clients understand building concepts and explore options that fit their needs, purpose, and budget.
- Create accurate proposals and contract documents that clearly define expectations and project scope.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, farmers, and commercial customers throughout the Flint Hills region.
- Partner with an internal team (design, estimating, project management, and field operations) to communicate the customer's needs and support a seamless start to each project.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of construction or building industry experience (post-frame experience helpful, not required).
- The ability to clearly visualize the full project so you can guide clients with confidence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to others in a respectful, positive, and solutions-focused manner.
- Motivation, self-discipline, and the desire to grow within a trusted local company.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within our Flint Hills service area.
