Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management tools. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite execution
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools for scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards (OSHA compliance), building codes, and project specifications
• Manage project schedules using Primavera or other scheduling tools to meet deadlines while adjusting plans as needed
• Oversee subcontractor performance, enforce contracts, and ensure all work complies with safety protocols and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of daily progress, safety incidents, material usage, and labor hours for reporting purposes
• Use technical tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing or other specialized equipment as required on site

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites and teams
• Extensive knowledge of heavy civil or commercial construction projects including pipeline work is highly desirable
• Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or equivalent platforms
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Supervisory experience leading diverse teams of tradespeople and subcontractors effectively
• Hands-on experience with construction site equipment testing tools like Ohmmeter or similar instruments is a plus
