THE OPPORTUNITY
Get on a concrete crew, learn the K-Construction way of pouring and finishing, and start a real career — Laborer → Skilled Laborer → Lead Man → Foreman.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist with site prep, grading, forming, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, and cleanup
- Execute directions from the Foreman and Lead Man
- Check Buildertrend, load the truck, prep the crew truck
- Proactively pick up the next task when yours is done
- Recognize problems and bring potential solutions
- Develop a personal plan to advance to Skilled Laborer
WHO YOU ARE
Essential:
- Willingness to learn concrete the right way
- Ability to follow directions
- Strong safety awareness during excavation, placement, equipment operation, and finishing
- Curious problem-solver and reliable team member
- Punctual and prepared each day
Ideal:
- Prior construction or concrete labor experience
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
