We've been building across Central and Northeast Kansas for over 30 years. Barndominiums, farm shops, commercial buildings, community projects. We're a local crew that cares about doing the job right and standing behind our work.
About This Role
The concrete crew shows up first. That means setting the tone for the entire project — the quality, the communication, the cleanliness. When the concrete crew walks away, the customer should already feel good about who they hired.
We're looking for someone who knows the work, takes it seriously, and wants to be part of a crew that's invested in them. You'll work alongside a Leadman and Foreman — setting columns, installing footings, pouring and finishing slabs. The foundation everything else is built on.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of concrete or construction experience preferred
- Reliable, hardworking, coachable
- Team-first — you help make everyone around you more effective
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Concrete finishing or post-frame experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
