Join our growing team this winter and help us fight the snow! We pay weekly on Friday for the previous week's work.
Loader Operators: $25 /hr
Skid Steer Operators: $22 /hr
Snow Rator Operators: $22 /hr
Shovelers: $20 /hr
Locations in Londonderry, Derry, Nashua, Bow, Concord, Gilford, Hooksett, Manchester
Duties:
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the snow plow equipment
- Clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, and entrances using manual tools as necessary
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions
- Follow established routes and schedules for snow removal
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Experience:
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
Skills:
- Ability to operate and maintain snow plow equipment effectively and safely
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough snow removal without damaging property or infrastructure
- Physical stamina to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
