Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and qualified tile Installation laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various tile types and installation techniques, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installing various types of tile including floor, wall, mosaic and large size tile.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for installation tasks.
- Perform buffing and caulking as necessary to ensure a polished finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites.
- This is not an exhaustive list of all tasks which candidate may be required to perform, the scope of this position reaches outside of just installation at times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tile installation or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment relevant to tile work.
- Skills in tile laying, buffing, caulking, remodeling, and building are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Positive communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
**Pay based on experience.
