As a Bridal Sales Associate team member at K&B, you’ll be the one helping brides find the perfect dress for their wedding day by leading clients through the decision-making process and overcoming concerns and objections. You’ll be working one on one with brides to translate her personal style into the perfect dress, creating an amazing guest experience in the process. You’ll also assist brides in choosing coordinating styles and colors for their wedding party including bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, and mothers of the bride/groom.
It is essential that we provide excellent customer service from the minute guests walk into the boutique. When you aren’t working one on one with guests, you’ll be responsible for assisting at the Front Desk, which includes answering the phones, scheduling appointments, collecting customer payments, and assisting customer pick-ups.
To be a successful Sales Associate at K&B, you must:
- Have previous sales experience.
- Be able to work weekends and during the week.
- Be able to develop warm, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Have an interest in weddings and/or bridal fashion.
