We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting construction, maintenance, and renovation projects by performing a variety of hands-on tasks. Duties
- Assist with the preparation of work sites, including clearing debris, organizing tools and materials
- Clean work area after each day
- Perform general construction tasks such as Renovations interior and exteriors
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Maintain cleanliness of the work site by removing waste materials and organizing tools and equipment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Experience in Residential Construction
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions clearly
- Understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must have work authorization
