Overview
Join our dynamic team and be a part of bringing manufactured housing solutions across the Lehigh Valley. We are a full service, one stop shop, for installation, repair, and service work on manufactured homes. Family run organization since 1980.
Duties
- Must be comfortable frequently lifting 50lbs
- Requires loading and unloading materials at suppliers and at job site
- Requires assisting in all aspects of installing manufactured homes: including but not limited to.... pouring concrete piers, setting block, assisting in utility hook ups, assisting in skirting manufactured homes, assisting in deck building, and many other areas as needed.
- Must be comfortable crawling in tight spaces at times
HOURS Full-time: Monday-Friday 8a-5p (lots of opportunity for overtime)
***Most Saturday's have availability for optional overtime
***Some days may require earlier start times and/or later end times
Requirements
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must be willing to operate company vehicle within a 75 mile radius
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
- Must be able to frequently move materials weighing 50lbs
Experience
- Willing to train entry level candidates who bring a positive attitude, ability to read a tape measure, can lift 50lbs, and have a valid drivers license
Pay Rate:
- $17-$23/hr starting rate depending on experience

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
