Role Expectations
- Supports area Manager running the office and organizing work
- Prepares reports for multiple business areas
- Involvement in work management, scheduling, and procurement activities
- Collaborate with multiple business areas to manage business processes
- Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision
- Parse data and present in a meaningful format
- Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately
- Supports office operations:
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships
- Assist HR/Talent Acquisition with Onboarding new hires
- Partner with IT on software and equipment needs
- Prepare and Mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex Packages
- Prepare & Edit Presentations
- Maintain office facilities and serve as the point of contact
- Order Office Supplies & Process Monthly Utility Invoices
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field and minimum 3 years of experience or Associates Degree with 5 years of experience
- Preferred utility construction and project management experience
- Requires expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel utilization of pivot tables, v lookup, algorithms, and excel other functions).
- Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing
- Must have pleasant manner; able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must have customer service oriented “can do” approach to work
- Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy
- Excellent problem solving and people skills also required
