This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at Coway USA INC., located in San Francisco, CA. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging potential customers, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales goals. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with the team to implement sales strategies. The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of Coway's product line to educate and advise customers effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills to build relationships and understand customer needs
- Sales skills, with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a retail or direct-to-consumer environment
- Product knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefits of health-focused devices such as air purifiers, bidets, and water purifiers
- Self-motivation, organization, and time-management skills to manage tasks pro-actively and efficiently
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns effectively and provide solutions
- Prior experience in sales or customer engagement roles is preferred
- An ability to work collaboratively with a team, while also performing well independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus
