This position is located in our World Class Ski Service Center located in Snowmass Village, Snowmass Colorado 81615

We are seeking Ski Tuners to join our Gorsuch family.  This is a great opportunity for experienced and skilled ski enthusiasts who are looking for a full time or part time seasonal position starting in November through the 2024 2025 Ski Season.   We are offering both Full Time Shifts (5 days, 32-40 hours a week) and Part Time Shift (8-27 hours a week).  This position offers evening shifts too; ski during the day and work in the afternoon/evening!
  

Job Duties Include:

• Tune guest and company fleet skis.
• Equipment maintenance including, but not limited to, repairing major base damage, daily machine maintenance. deburring and polish edges.
• Installing and testing bindings to meet manufacturer's specifications. 
• Transport ski fleet to outlying stores when needed. 
• Maintain shop keeping standards as outlined by Gorsuch Ski Shop Management.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Daily machine maintenance. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with ski tuning machines and binding installation preferred.
• Ability to drive a truck with valid CO Driver's License, preferred.
• Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with general navigation of computers preferred.
• Ability to function as part of a team and be a positive team player.
• Ability to lift 50lbs. 

Compensation and Benefits: 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $24- $30 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
