Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. Your expertise in groundskeeping and landscaping will contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities

• Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a well-groomed appearance.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing gardens.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Participate in hardscape projects such as patios and walkways to enhance outdoor environments.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using commercial law equipment (zero turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, etc) required
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a plus, but not required
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping practices, including garden care and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
