We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and execute various lawn maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality service to meet or exceed customer expectations, operate and maintain maintenance equipment, and effectively manage crew members to ensure timely completion of daily mowing routes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise crew members to ensure efficient and effective completion of lawn maintenance tasks
- Operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Perform maintenance procedures on equipment used in basic maintenance
- Enforce company safety program to promote a secure work environment
A valid driver's license and 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance are required for this position. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
