Role Summary
We are adding customer-solutions capacity ahead of spring to improve responsiveness and project throughout. This is a 25/75 role: about a quarter of your time in the field with customers and job sites, and three quarters in the office doing system design, quoting, and coordination. We will train on any gaps; the right attitude and aptitude matter.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead customer discovery: clarify needs, gather site details, and drive next steps through close
· Create system designs using flow/pressure targets, head loss, and pipe sizing; document assumptions clearly
· Build quotes and bills of material; coordinate substitutions and lead times as needed
· Coordinate order flow and maintain clean project files and handoffs to operations/field teams
· Support field startups/troubleshooting on VFD-driven equipment as needed

· Comfort with technical problem-solving (math, measurements, assumptions) and learning new systems
· Detail-oriented: parts/BOM accuracy, lead times, substitutions, and documentation discipline
