About the Company: Founded in 1982, Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions is the world’s leading supplier of real time contamination monitoring systems and airborne particle counters. Lighthouse offers the most complete line of contamination monitoring solutions available that include Airborne Particle Counters, Microbial Samplers, and Liquid Particle Counters, as well as Temperature / Humidity sensors. The Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing operational projects across manufacturing, service, and other operations departments. This role also includes administrative and executive support responsibilities for the Operations management team, ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and project alignment with organizational goals.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First”.
- For all on -site positions, must show up to work to perform job duties.
- Lead and manage cross-functional operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with Production, Service, and other Operations teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, and presentations for leadership review.
- Support Operations leadership with administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate resources and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Organize and maintain documentation for projects and company initiatives.
- Participate in visual management systems and continuous improvement efforts.
- Good communication skills.
- Get along with others, not creating a hostile work environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to work with and as a Team.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and 41 pounds as a two-person lift.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 3 Years of experience in project management within operations, manufacturing, or service environments.
- Experience in a supporting leadership teams preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
