This role contributes to building a world class brand by generating sales and
prospects, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation,
and supporting operations.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
• Consistently achieve individual and store objectives.
• Be accountable for KPI achievement.
Client Experience & Relationship Building
• Connect with clients in an engaging, emotional way to provide an exceptional and
memorable experience.
• Provide an excellent customer experience both on and off the floor: greeting, listening,
assisting, advising, following up, and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a balance between presence on the shop floor and engaging in clienteling
initiatives.
• Engage with a diverse client base, always putting them at ease to develop long lasting
relationships.
• Maintain regular connection with clients via email, phone, messages, personalized notes
and other client treatment initiatives including internal and external events.
• Develop and grow your client book, keeping client information updated and complete on
relevant company tools.
Brand & Product Expertise
• Exemplify and share our brand history and heritage.
• Highlight product categories through exceptional product knowledge, using storytelling to
cross sell and upsell.
• Consistently develop product knowledge and adjacent areas of expertise.
Teamwork & Collaboration
• Perform as a team player, actively collaborating in all activities contributing to the store’s
objectives.
• Demonstrate agility and entrepreneurial spirit to build the business, adapt to changing
contexts, and seize new opportunities.
Store Presentation & Operations
• Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with J.W. Anderson’s visual
standards.
• Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, both front and back
of house.
• Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
Standards & Compliance
• Follow company policies and procedures, including J.W. Anderson’s standards for safety
and security, grooming and behavior.
Skills and Experience needed:
• Experience in luxury retail, interiors, or lifestyle products.
• Passion for design, craftsmanship, and customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
• Experience in a customer centric role.
• Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
