What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for company software—especially RealPage and related property management tools.
- Triage and manage incoming software support tickets across operations, leasing, marketing, accounting, and on-site teams.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and support partners to ensure strong, productive relationships.
- Assist with maintaining system integrations, core platform setup/maintenance, testing, and documentation.
- Support marketing with website updates and ongoing content maintenance.
- Partner with departments to evaluate new technologies, develop business cases, and participate in product demos, vendor reviews, and pilot programs.
- Help lead rollout efforts for new tools and enhancements—including configuration, training, communication, and post-launch support.
- Maintain and update our company intranet, including content standards and file organization.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes with account setup, system access, and cross-department coordination.
- Track recurring issues to recommend long-term fixes, training opportunities, or process improvements.
- Assist with data audits, data cleanup projects, and validation work.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep JVM technology relevant and effective.
- Serve as a shared resource by prioritizing incoming requests and communicating clear timelines.
- 3–5 years of experience in property management; at least 1 year of software support experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with RealPage strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and maintain a customer-service-oriented mindset.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
