POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining accurate earned value progress, profitability and actual cost data, resource planning and scheduling, tracking project budgets and overall costs. This role requires strong technical proficiency, communication skills, and a collaborative approach to task completion.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
- Analyze data including project budgets and costs
- Support cost forecasting and budget development
- Producing reliable cost reports for project stakeholders
- Maintain cost systems and ensure data integrity
- Support contract and commercial analysis.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years in project controls, cost management, scheduling or related functions
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- General office environment with occasional exposure to construction site conditions.
- Frequent use of computers, calculators, printers, and other office equipment.
- Requires close vision, color perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
