Crestwood Village South needs an enthusiastic and professional leasing counselor. As a Crestwood leasing counselor your day will be packed with interactions with current residents and prospective residents in our independent living community. Crestwood Village South is an innovative and award-winning senior living community that is owned and operated by the Justus Family of Companies.
Part Time position, every other Saturday required
The ideal Leasing Counselor candidate will have:
- Experience managing the sales process from first inquiry to move-in
- Experience working with prospective residents, family members and key influencers
- Demonstrated ability to meet established sales/marketing goals in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Strong computer skills
- A professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Knowledge of aging process and needs of a senior population is preferred but we’re willing to provide training in healthcare and senior living to the ideal candidate.
